Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Telegram Calendar (the "Service") is the @Calendar0bot Telegram bot, the web app at https://calendar-tg.app and its API, including connectors for AI assistants such as ChatGPT. The Service is operated by [OPERATOR_NAME] ("we").

2. Acceptance

By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission of a parent or guardian.

4. Your Account

Your account is tied to your Telegram account. You are responsible for activity under it and for keeping your Telegram account secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Account.

5. Your Content

Events, notes and other data you add remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that data only to operate the Service for you, including syncing with calendars and AI assistants you connect. You must not add content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service works with Telegram and, optionally, with Google Calendar, CalDAV providers and AI assistants such as ChatGPT. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability or actions. Changes you make through an AI assistant are applied to your calendar as if you made them yourself.

7. AI Features

Some features use AI to interpret your requests. AI output can be wrong — check important events. Don't rely on the Service for safety-critical, medical or legal purposes.

8. Paid Features

Some features are available with a paid plan purchased in Telegram (Telegram Stars). Prices and the plan's scope are shown before purchase. Refunds follow Telegram's rules and applicable law. Connectors for AI assistants do not sell anything; they give access to features your account already has.

9. Acceptable Use

Don't break the law; abuse, overload or try to break the Service; access other users' data; resell or automate the Service beyond normal personal use; or circumvent limits.

10. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Disclaimer and Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed events, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
